Croft Healthcare Ltd offers end of life care, aiming at managing pain so that clients are as comfortable as possible in what can be very difficult moments of life. Despite the condition that has brought a service user to a time of end of life, be it a life-long condition or old age, we are here to offer a reliable hand. We work and focus on making our clients feel at ease and comfortable whenever our staff visit to deliver our promise of a reliable care. We can work with service users and their families to help make choices that are right for them.

All our office-based staff and more importantly our home care assistants are fully trained and have on-going training to keep in line with guidelines and regulations.

The personal care services we provide range from:

• Aiding with breakfast or meal preparation and/or feeding
• Help with bathing, showering, and dressing
• Household tasks – laundry, ironing or keeping the home tidy
• Administering medication
• Changing catheter and stoma
• Support with social activities.
